Graduate Electrical Engineer

Shell is the proud operator of Draugen, the first oilfield developed north of the 62’parallell, and of Ormen Lange, Norway’s biggest industry project. In total Shell employs over 1000 people in Norway and our main office is located in Stavanger, the Downstream office is in Oslo and the operations are run from our office in Kristiansund.
Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll have the ability to work in a complex environment comprising technical challenges and new technology with developing modern fields and installation modification.
Your responsibilities will include, amongst other:
Development of new technology and technical solutions.
Maintenance and modification of new and existing equipment.
Technical input to project management.
Upgrade and installation of equipment.
Actively look for technical opportunities and making existing processes more efficient.
Participating in cross border initiatives/projects in Engineering.

Requirements:
You will have a BSc or an MSc in Electrical Engineering, potentially with up to two years work experience. This is an exciting starter position for a motivated Graduate as it will give you exposure to Technical challenges and projects across all Shell business. You’ll develop not only professional understanding, but also personal skills. You’ll have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Your extensive interpersonal and communication skills will mean you can work well within a team and with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
